In late autumn we reached out to Eric Nguyen to share our wish for an intimate celebration with our closest friends in a private, poetic setting. As a fairly introverted couple, we wanted a moment to freely express ourselves at an intimate wedding before the traditional celebration with extended family.
Eric suggested several venues until we discovered Dreamy Village in Da Lat — embraced by nature, soft green trees, and a gently flowing stream nearby. We said yes immediately!
Vợ chồng mình đều là người gốc Hoa, nên tụi mình cũng muốn trong tiệc cưới sẽ có những chi tiết đặc trưng về văn hoá truyền thống người Hoa. Team Riic đã trả lời tụi mình bằng một bản moodboard với tone đỏ chủ đạo, trang trí lồng đèn đỏ và chữ Hỉ truyền thống ở các khu vực của Làng. Dĩ nhiên là rất đúng ý hai đứa hehe.
Chỉ có một điểm trong moodboard làm tụi mình cũng hơi bối rối đôi chút, đó là team sử dụng rau củ quả để trang trí. Có thể nhiều bạn thấy quen, nhưng vợ chồng mình thấy lạ. Anh Riic mới chia sẻ rằng sau khi lắng nghe câu chuyện tình yêu của tụi mình, nó mộc mạc, nó giản đơn, thích hẹn hò ở nhà, cùng nhau đọc sách, cùng nhau nấu ăn. Nên team cảm giác những chất liệu giản dị, đơn thuần như rau củ quả rất phù hợp với hai đứa. Sau khi thấy team demo xong mình cũng an tâm hơn, đến ngày tiệc thì mình hài lòng lắm vì mọi thứ thật sự phù hợp với nhau.

Firstly, we want to thank them for their amazing help in planning, coordinating, and executing our wedding. The tea ceremony was a highlight of the day and we were blown away by the beautiful decorations that they had arranged.
What impressed us the most was the seamless collaboration and communication that they had with us. They listened to our vision and offered their expertise to make our dream wedding a reality. They were also very thoughtful in their planning and execution and ensured that all details were taken care of.
The surprise that they arranged for the Bridemaids and Groomsmen was a hit! It was multiple fun activities in between the wedding day and it brought so much joy to everyone involved. We truly appreciated their efforts to make our wedding day not just about us, but also about our loved ones.
The photography and videography service that they recommended, Bela Studio, captured all the amazing moments of the day perfectly. They did an amazing job putting together the footage and we have amazing memories that we can cherish for a lifetime.
Overall, Wynn Wedding and RIIC planner were exceptional and we couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with. They went above and beyond in every aspect of the planning and execution of our wedding day. We highly recommend them to any bride and groom looking for a wedding planner. Thank you so much!
